The world is moving fast and each certification that you get needs to match the changing industry standards. HubSpot provides certifications in a variety of areas, including: Content Marketing, Inbound Sales, Sales Enablement, Email Marketing and Growth-Driven Design. The organization also offers training on using their respective automated sales and marketing platforms.
A HubSpot Certification is a free and valuable tool for building your knowledge base, demonstrating your capacity for different tasks, and advancing in your career. The HubSpot Academy offers 15 certification tracks, including Inbound Marketing, Growth Driven Design, Frictionless Sales, Email Marketing, and more. HubSpot is a powerful tool that comes with a ton of automated lead nurturing capabilities. If you are new to inbound marketing, these certifications provide a fantastic overview of what it entails.
These programs focus on understanding how design and coding fits into the HubSpot framework.
Each HubSpot certification is composed of on-demand classes taught by inbound experts. The certification process is simple. You have to finish all the lessons and videos as part of the certification, sit for an assessment at the end of all the videos, and get HubSpot certified. The assessment would be an exam including practical exams as well. HubSpot also offers a community forum for any and all questions professionals might have. The best place to ask questions about your certifications is to go to this discussion board(1) on the HubSpot community or to contact HubSpot Support.
If you’ve passed the exam before finishing the practical exercises, you should complete the practical exercises before your exam results expire. Your exam results will last as long as the time the certification badge lasts. It is recommended to complete the practical exercises as soon as possible. Some are graded automatically, whereas some are graded manually, which can take five to seven business days. You can check the status of your practical exercise in your HubSpot account.
If you didn’t pass the exam, you can write it again after 12 hours, which is when it’ll unlock. As for the exams, HubSpot says this, “Following your exam, we send you an email breakdown with the questions you got correct and the ones you got incorrect. Note that the breakdown will not show the questions in the order you took them in the exam. Instead, it shows you the questions grouped by correct and incorrect. We do not give out the answers to our exam questions even after completion, as our goal is to give everyone an equal opportunity when taking the exam.”
You have three hours to complete your exam. You can navigate away from the exam, but if you do not return and complete the exam within three hours you will fail the exam and receive a notification. You can retake the exam as many times as you wish.
HubSpot’s website reads thus for the validity of the certification.
New certification badge will extend from the recertification date. If there are required practical exercises, you will need to complete those as well if you haven’t already.
All HubSpot’s certifications are free. You have lifetime access to those certification materials. There is no credit card required for signing up either.
